L-3 Communications is seeking a GIS Analyst to support a US government customer in Honolulu, Hawaii.  You will be responsible for development, exploitation, and management of various vector and raster geospatial data sets.

The successful candidate will have current intensive experience working with military geospatial data sets to include those from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency as well as processes for their exploitation.  This position requires a minimum of five years experience with Geographic Information Systems in an intelligence or military terrain analysis environment to include current experience with ESRI’s ArcGIS client solutions and extensions including PLTS. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

(a) Minimum required:

• B.S. Degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of five years experience with GIS with at least three years experience with ERDAS Imagine and ArcGIS.
• Strong communication (written, verbal, public speaking) skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

(b) Desired:

• M.S. Degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline.
• Experience with SQL Server database operation and administration.
• Experience with ESRI’s ArcIMS and ArcSDE solutions.
