Our Client, a government agency in Olympia, WA is looking for two developers to augment their existing team.   Analyze, document, propose solutions, code and test a large complex business solutions, is the scene here.

You’ll also contribute to developing business and functional requirements for their IT software application development project, as well as code and test.  As key members of the team, you’ll interact and consult with senior and midlevel managers and other SME’s throughout the organization.  This will also involve commitment management and documenting complex business processes with the onus of transferring them into solutions.  UML, Storyboarding, Wireframes, Unit tests, et cetera.

This is an AGILE dev process so experience here is a must. The successful consultant will have a wide breadth of IT knowledge and experience.  Documented IT experience should include (but not be limited to): experience in all phases of the standard IT Software Development Lifecycle (including Agile) and experience in different IT environments (such as Enterprise, Small Business and Government; as well as LANs, Mainframes and Telco).  Knowledge of multiple Operating systems, development languages and platforms is a plus. Prior experience in the integration of ESRI GIS objects is required.

MUST HAVES:

Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology

Minimum of 10 years experience as a developer on large-scale software application development or implementation projects

Minimum 5 years coding in a .Net, C# environment

Minimum 5 years experience working with ESRI products.

Minimum of 5 years experience creating & using UML documentation including Use Case diagrams and wireframes.

Minimum 1 year experience developing applications in an Agile SCRUM environment
